Science says there's SOME agreement on behaviors and circumstances that can make you happy. But it's a pretty random list of stuff that's short term, long term, and some that you can't even control...
1. Have sex. If you're monogamous, it's supposed to make you even happier.
2. Go shopping.
3. Play with puppies.
4. Get a good night's sleep
5. Get up early.
6. Exercise for at least 20 minutes a day.
7. Sit up straight.
8. Make a list of good stuff that happened to you.
9. Get married.
10. Have kids.
11. Make at least $75,000 dollars a year.
12. Have 10 good friends.
13. Have a strong relationship with at least one of your parents.
14. Spend your money on experiences, instead of on material things.
15. Be tall.
16. Be an only child.
17. Live in Australia, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Lincoln, Nebraska.

TAYLOR SWIFT took out a restraining order against a stalker named Timothy Sweet who believes they're married. He also claims to carry a gun and threatened to kill anyone who comes between them, including Secretary of State JOHN KERRY.

Sunday's Oscars Were the Most-Watched in 10 Years
Sunday's Oscars attracted an estimated 43 million viewers . . . making it the most-watched Academy Award ceremony since 2004, when 43.5 million tuned in. That's the year that the third "Lord of the Rings" movie took home Best Picture.
This year's show was up around 3 million from last year's ceremony, which drew 40.3 million viewers. That's pretty impressive, since 67% of Americans hadn't seen ANY of the nine Best Picture nominees.
Over the past 13 years, the Oscars have been up-and-down, but it's always had at least 32 million viewers.
The post-Oscars episode of "Jimmy Kimmel Live" scored just under 7 million viewers, which was Kimmel's biggest post-Oscars audience in the nine years he's been doing it.
And according to Nielsen's Social Guide, there were 11.2 million tweets about the show, with overall Oscar "social media activity" up from last year by 75%.
Even though the numbers were good, ELLEN DEGENERES and the show itself received mixed reviews from the critics. For better or worse, she basically stuck to her comfort zone . . . much like she did when she hosted back in 2007
