A recent survey conducted on chicken nuggets revealed that on average they consisted of 50 percent or less chicken muscle tissue, the breast or thigh meat that comes to mind when a customer thinks of "chicken." So what's in these little delicious bites that my children beg for? A mix of fat, blood vessels and nerves…EEEEWWWW!
This is really gross; however, not gross enought to keep the fam from hanging out at McDonald's tonight in support of McTeacher's Night and Aiden's teachers from Mary Branch Elementary. Pretty sure we'll be having burgers.
