If you keep exercising, eat right, and get enough sleep, your metabolism should stay the same, even into your 50s and 60s.
Myth #3. Running is the best way to boost your metabolism. The truth is it burns more calories than pretty much anything else. But lifting weights is the best way to boost your metabolism, because it adds muscle.
