JAKE OWEN wanted to change the mind of a woman who didn't like country music, so he gave her and her friends free tickets to his show.  He also laid it on thick by bringing them ONSTAGE to sit at his tiki bar. Terri Smith and her two friends were celebrating their 50^th birthdays at the hotel swimming pool when they met Jake and his personal trainer…Terri told Jake she didn’t like country music, so he brought her to the show and gave her the treatment…. Afterwards, Terri was asked if her opinion changed.  She said, quote, "Yes!  I am especially a fan of Jake Owen . . . a huge fan.  It was a weekend we'll never forget!
 
 
 
TIM MCGRAW brought the house down when he serenaded a young fan at his show in Atlanta on Sunday.  She sat next to him as he sang "You Are So Beautiful" . . . and then he autographed his guitar and gave it to her as a souvenir.

KENNY CHESNEY announced he's doing a FREE concert called "Flora-Bama-Jama" on August 16th.  The name has to do with the location, which is the Flora-Bama Lounge and Private Beach on the Alabama – Florida state line, Details at KennyChesney.com.
 
 
 
When TAYLOR SWIFT cuts her leg, people freak out.  A fan posted an Instagram of Taylor's scratched leg and begged her to explain.  Taylor was kind enough to respond on the thread saying she's fine and the injuries were "not cat related."

1.  Demodex mites.  They're are microscopic parasites that live on your eyelashes.  They feed on skin cells and oil secreted by your hair follicles.  Basically everyone has them, and at night they come out and walk around on your FACE.
 
2.  Fecal matter.  No matter how well you take care of business, there's always a LITTLE left behind . . . about a tenth of a gram, unless you're messy.  And it ends up on your underwear, and spreads to the rest of your clothes in the laundry.
 
3.  Dead skin cells.  Pretty much the whole outer layer of your skin is dead, and in the process of falling off at all times.  It's totally normal and harmless.  But every time you touch someone else . . . anywhere, in any way . . . you're touching dead skin.
 
4.  Skin-eating insects.  There's a common type of mite that feeds on dead skin cells.  It can be a cause of a common form of eczema . . . so if you have eczema, you might have the mites too.
 
5.  Belly button bacteria.  Your belly button tends to collect a lot of exotic bacteria . . . about 2,000 different species at any given time.  Researchers have found bacteria in people's navels that are usually found only in the polar ice caps and thermal vents.
