Houston-area plumbing company owner, Mark Oberholtzer was very surprised when a photo of the truck he sold in 2013, complete with his company name and number on the side, went viral. He was especially surprised because the picture was taken in Syria…complete with ISIS fighters firing automatic weapons in the back.
He is now suing the dealership to which he sold the truck for $1 million stating that they failed to remove his information before selling the truck. Oberh0ltzer says he has been receiving threats due to the photo.
