Before You Interrupt a Conversation, Look at People's Feet?

This could help the next time you need to talk to your boss . . . or you're nervous about going up to someone at a bar.  When you're walking up to two people in the middle of a conversation, here's a trick to figure out if it's okay to interrupt.

Look at which way their FEET are pointing.

According to a body language expert, if they see you and turn their entire body so their feet are pointed at YOU, it means the conversation probably isn't that important.  And it's okay to join in.

But if they only turn their head or upper body . . . with their feet still pointed at each OTHER . . . it means they're fully engaged in the conversation, and it's probably about something important.

So in that case, it's best to keep walking and talk to them later.

Brantley Gilbert's "One Hell of an Amen" Was Inspired by Two Guys Who Fought the Good Fight

BRANTLEY GILBERT's song "One Hell of an Amen" was inspired by a couple of real-life guys.  One was his buddy Kory who faced up to his fatal Leukemia diagnosis by telling the doctor to, quote, "Bring it on!"

The other was a soldier named Jon who gave his life for our country.  Brantley explains, quote, "One of my friends went to Iraq on several tours.  He had a best friend over there who passed away just a couple feet from where he was positioned.

"When he told me the story it made me feel like I was right there with him.  The way he told me the story . . . it punched me in the chest."

Even though both stories are sad, Brantley says the song is, quote, "about the good fight.  It's about the attitude, the strength and the courage those boys had for what they were going through.  Kory battling Leukemia and Jon fighting in Iraq.

"It's about two different wars.  Anytime you go out fighting for your life or fighting for your country, that's 'One Hell of an Amen'."  (Here's the video.  It's pretty moving.)

Carrie Underwood Wants to Reclaim Her Post-Pregnancy Body . . . and She Still Hasn't Settled on a Baby Name

CARRIE UNDERWOOD is about seven or so months into her pregnancy, and despite the whole plumpness thing, she's still loving it.

She says, quote, "Just knowing that the whole process itself is really beautiful.  Even when I feel pretty large, it really is such a miracle and such a beautiful thing."

That said, she IS thinking wistfully about the return of that tight little body.  Quote, "I'm looking forward to reclaiming my body.  I've been saying it's been on loan for the past many months . . . I'm excited to take it back."

Carrie and her husband MIKE FISHER know they're having a boy . . . what they DON'T know is his name.

Quote, "We don't have a baby name.  We need to lock that down here pretty soon.  We joke a lot about funny things that go with Fisher, [thankfully] there's not some family name that I have had to be like, 'No!  That's terrible!'"

ERIC CHURCH's band and crew got hit with the flu before his show on Saturday in Salt Lake City, so he rescheduled it for May 25th.  But he ALSO didn't want to let the crowd down, so he went solo for 19 songs, and in some cases got a little help.

At one point he was joined by LZZY HALE of HALESTORM for the song "That's Damn Rock 'N' Roll".

Trace Adkins, Craig Morgan, Tracy Lawrence, Ted Nugent, and Colt Ford have been added to the lineup of Charlie Daniels' "40th Anniversary Volunteer Jam."  The show is going down August 12th in Nashville.  As always, funds will benefit Veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces.  Find out more at CharlieDaniels.com.

ERIC PASLAY very quietly got engaged to his girlfriend Natalie Harker back in December.  They haven't announced a date yet, but they're looking to make it official sometime this spring.  (The Tennessean)

A Woman Hasn't Smiled in 40 Years . . . to Avoid Getting Wrinkles

If you had to choose between enjoying life or having good skin, which would you choose?  Hopefully you'd choose enjoying life.  This woman did NOT.

50-year-old Tess Christian of London, England says she hasn't smiled in FORTY YEARS . . . so she can avoid getting wrinkles.

And it's worked pretty well.  Looking at her photo, she has pretty good skin . . . I wouldn't say she looks 50.  40s, definitely . . . but not 50.  So was it worth it?

She says, quote, "My dedication has paid off, I don't have a single line on my face.  Yes, I am vain and want to remain youthful" . . . even though that meant NEVER smiling, not even when her daughter was born.

Tess says that even though she never smiles, that doesn't necessarily mean she's unhappy.  Quote, "My friends nicknamed me Mona Lisa, after the painting.  Mona Lisa was said to have been quietly amused, as am I.  I just won't show it."

Disney Goes Back To Frozen

Disney is going back to the icy well with a new seven-minute "Frozen" short, created by the original filmmakers, which will air in theaters before Disney's live-action "Cinderella."

Is more "Frozen" a good idea or should Disney just let it go already?
