So, what happened to Florida HB209?
As I posted recently, the bill would allow a person to carry a concealed weapon in cases that required evacuations or where a state of emergency had been declared…such as a zombie apacolypse.
The bill was referred to the Senate Criminal Justice Committee where it died 
Friday, May 2.
Translation: When the zombies attack, if you are in Florida at the time, you will get a citation if you do not have a license to carry concealed.
My advice: just make sure there is always one person slower than you in your group and you'll be fine with or without the concealed handgun.
